Meet Our Teachers
Escuela Cooperativa is excited to have four outstanding teachers. Martha joined us in 2020 as the lead teacher. Natalia Cunada joined her in August 2021 as the assistant. In 2022, we added two teachers to the team to cover the new classroom. Lupita is the lead and Ana Coria is her assistant.
Our four teachers have developed a team approach to work across two classrooms. In August 2022, we added a new building to double our enrollment. To ensure a successful transition, the team met for two days in August to talk about sharing responsibilities and coordinating activities for the children.
They will attend professional development seminars together on a monthly basis throughout the year.
Thanks to our supporters, all four teachers are currently enrolled in an international online course leading to a certificate: Guia Montessori.

Jazmin Alejandra Escobar Aguirre
Lead Teacher
"I deeply believe in the limitless potential of every child. There are no limits when there is trust, affection, and the freedom to grow. My commitment is to look beyond who they are today—to see who they can become—and to provide them with the tools to forge their own paths.
There is no job more noble or beautiful than this. Watching them grow, listening to their ideas, and learning from their perspective on life—that is what gives meaning to my calling. They teach me every day that greatness lies not in what we know, but in who we are."
